Join us for a Beach Brunch at the end of Greenoch Lane, opposite Ventura’s Beautiful Marina Park. Bring a dish to share. LPSC will provide coffee and sandwiches. Bring your beach chair, towel, umbrella, ice chest or other beachy items and make yourself comfortable on the sand. And feel free to bring a game or two to play on the beach (horseshoes, ring toss, etc.)

The Craft Beer Cruise is Saturday August 15th 6:30 – 8:00 PM and will feature brews from Anacapa Brewing Company, Tacos by Fernando, and jazz by Paul Belgium and Dave Ackerman. Price is $45/$40 Seniors. Reservations are due August 8th. Meet at Island Packers, 1691 Spinnaker Dr in Ventura Harbor.

In the play “Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike,” the master of comedy, Christopher Durang, takes characters and themes from Chekhov, pours them into a blender and mixes them up. The utterly hilarious and occasionally touching result is his latest play set in present day Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
After the play, dinner at one of Santa Paula’s great restaurants.
