At 6:30pm, we will hold our General Meeting and a Game Night at the Pierpont Bay Yacht Club, 1363 Spinnaker Dr, Ventura. We will have a BBQ and the club will provide Burgers and Chicken; you provide a side dish or dessert to share.
If you have a Rummy Kub or Mexican Train set, please bring it, as we are having a game night during our General Meeting. Their will be a raffle and prizes, so be ready to win!
Before Happy Hour at Sea Fresh, let’s go kayaking! Meet at 3:00 pm in front of the Channel Islands Kayak Center. It is located at 3600 S. Harbor Blvd. Suite 2-108 Channel Islands Harbor, CA 93035
Cost is $12.50 single kayak and $20.00 for a double. It is easy and lots of fun!
After Kayaking at Channel Islands Harbor, please join us at 5:00 pm for happy hour at Sea Fresh, 3550 Harbor Blvd, Channel Islands Harbor, Oxnard. Sea Fresh is right next door to the kayak center, so have a drink after!
We have a double header for this Thursday, July 18. We will head to downtown Ventura for Happy Hour at Capriccio Restaurant from 4-5:30. Their menu looks great and they are reserving the middle section of the restaurant for us!
At 5:30 those interested will head over to Mission Park (easy walk to Main and Figueroa so you can keep your car parked in the same place) to hear Incendino (Prez Tom’s fav) for a free concert with the Ventura Music Festival. Blankets and low-back chairs encouraged. In fact, you might want to set up your chair/blanket before you come to TGIT. Just a thought – I am not sure when the park opens.
The July LPSC General Meeting will be postponed until Thursday, July 11th (as the first Thursday of the month when we typically have our General Meeting is the July 4th Holiday)
During the meeting, we will play a game called the Human Scavenger Hunt, which is not as scary as it sounds. Winners will get a prize. Also, we will have a raffle and announcements on events.

Please join us for TGIT Happy Hour on Thursday, June 20th, 5-7 pm at the Aloha Steakhouse, 364 S California Street Ventura, CA 93001 (Across from the Crowne Plaza Hotel). We will be inside at the long tables. They have some great drink specials, yummy appetizers and great desserts. Free (Validated) 2 hour parking is available at the Parking Garage just south of the restaurant.

Happy Hour will be Thursday, May 16 at a new restaurant in downtown Ventura, Oak and Main at 419 E. Main St. We will gather from 5-7 to enjoy food, drinks and great company (you).
